2012 pas de deux - 90 pts from The Wine Advocate

The out­stand­ing 2012 pas de deux (60÷40 Grenache/​Syrah) is medi­um-bod­ied and juicy, with nice­ly inte­grat­ed acid­i­ty giv­ing lift to notions of pep­pery herbs, under­brush, spice and sweet cas­sis and black rasp­ber­ry fruit. It’s ele­gant, live­ly, and nice­ly bal­anced, and will drink nice­ly through 2019.
