Pri­va­cy

We respect your pri­va­cy and sup­port all efforts to pro­tect it. We will nev­er re-sell or dis­trib­ute your per­son­al infor­ma­tion to any oth­er enti­ty for any rea­son what­so­ev­er. This includes your e‑mail address, as well as your mail­ing address and phone num­bers. When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, ship­ping address, cred­it card num­ber, expi­ra­tion date, and email address. We con­sid­er this infor­ma­tion to be absolute­ly pri­vate, and we keep this infor­ma­tion on an inter­nal secure serv­er to pro­tect it from out­side par­ties. We use the infor­ma­tion only for the lim­it­ed pur­pos­es of pro­cess­ing your orders, admin­is­ter­ing our site and noti­fy­ing you of upcom­ing wine releas­es and updates. We do not share your pri­vate infor­ma­tion with any­one and nev­er will.

Your Pur­chase

When pur­chas­ing wine, we will ship your order via Gold­en State Overnight (GSO) or UPS, weath­er per­mit­ting, on a pre­de­ter­mined sched­uled ship date with­in your Offer Let­ter or the Mon­day after your order is placed. Should you be the rare recip­i­ent of an off-con­di­tion wine, please let us know. Do not dis­pose of the wine, just re-cork it and con­tact us. If your prod­uct is dam­aged in ship­ping, please noti­fy us imme­di­ate­ly, and we will file a claim with the ship­ping com­pa­ny, as well as replace your dam­aged bottles.
