2012 pas de deux - 91 pts from Wine Enthusiast
The Westside Paso winery’s name is Finnish for “the hill,” and that aspect delivers baked plums and strawberries, a touch of maple, dried roses and brown sugar on the nose of this 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah blend. It’s full bodied, with crushed asphalt at the tip of the sip, then settles into elderberry and cedar notes.
