This blend of 52% Syrah, 25% Grenache and 23% Mourvè­dre is quite sul­try on the nose, with crushed boy­sen­ber­ry, dried vio­lets, wet clay and the slight­est touch of soy. Pep­per and moist earth arise on the palate, along­side black­ber­ry and blue­ber­ry fruit, a touch of cocoa and con­cen­trat­ed laven­der and oth­er pur­ple-flower flavors.
