Stains the palate with juicy cas­sis, black rasp­ber­ry and spice­cake fla­vors that are sharp­ened by a spicy jolt of cracked pep­per. Gains weight with air and fin­ish­es impres­sive­ly long and sweet, dis­play­ing an echo of blue fruit and smooth tannins.
