This deep and hearty, but not too heavy, blend of 52% Petite Sir­ah, 17% Grenache, 15% Mourvè­dre, 10% Zin­fan­del and 6% Syrah shows smashed black cur­rant and blue­ber­ry on the nose. There is a strong, sticky struc­ture to the palate, where dark-pur­ple fruits meet with smoke and thyme flavors.
