Deep red. Ripe red berries and musky flow­ers on the fra­grant nose, with a hint of smok­i­ness in the back­ground. Smooth and fleshy on entry, then tighter in the mid­dle, offer­ing juicy, vague­ly med­i­c­i­nal rasp­ber­ry and bit­ter cher­ry fla­vors. Clos­es with build­ing spici­ness, a touch of cher­ry pit and very good persistence.
