Made from 52% Syrah, 25% Grenache and 23% Mourve­dre, the 2012 Sisu is a clas­sic Paso GSM blend that has a ripe, lay­ered and deli­cious style. Black cher­ries, rasp­ber­ry, licorice, toast­ed spice and hints of meati­ness all show here, and it flows onto the palate with medi­um to full-bod­ied rich­ness, a core of sweet fruit and ter­rif­ic fin­ish. It’s anoth­er win­ner that will drink nice­ly through 2020.
