2013 Aatto - 90 pts from Wine Advocate

Made from an inter­est­ing mix of 40% Counoise, 36% Mourve­dre and the rest Grenache, the light­ly col­ored 2013 Aat­to offers per­fumed, ele­gant notes of plums, rasp­ber­ries, spice and dried flow­ers in its medi­um-bod­ied, silky, pret­ty pro­file that’s just a joy to drink. It won’t make old bones, but it’s an out­stand­ing, impec­ca­bly put togeth­er red to enjoy over the com­ing 3 – 4 years.
