2017 Lothario- 92 pts from Wine Advocate
The 2017 Lothario is a blend of 57% Mourvèdre and 43% Grenache aged 18 months in 50% new French oak. It has a medium ruby color, and the nose offers up bright pops of red and blue berry fruits with accents of blood orange, amaro, potpourri and dusty earth. The palate is medium-bodied and silky in texture with bright, juicy fruits gently laced with sweet spices, and it finishes very long and full of energy.
